XQ-SW-405A is an economical fully-auto unmanned operation side sealer by our company’s independent research and development, which is widely used in mass production assembly line with auto-feeding, conveying, sealing, shrinking in one time. It is high working efficiency and suits for the products of different height and width.

XQ-4525 shrink tunnel uses advanced circulation technology and special manufacturing, full use of heat to arise energy efficiency. Frequency inverter controls blowing, adjustable blowing direction and volume from bottom side to get a uniform shrinking appearance on the top and bottom of product.

1. With system to be used with printed film in order to detect the beginning or end of each package so that printed area matches the package size.(option)
2. The horizontal blade of sealing part adopts vertical driving, while the vertical cutter uses international advanced thermostatic side cutter; The sealing line is straight and strong and we can guarantee seal line in the middle of the product to achieve perfect sealing effect
3. The sealing blade is equipped with automatic anti-cutting protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting of operator's hand or products; The machine is equipped with organic glass shield with automatic opening alarm function which greatly improves safety
4. When it packs different sizes, the adjustment is very simple by rotating the handle to increase the efficiency; Sealing blade with auto anti cutting alarm function when the product or operator’s hand is under the blade.
5. Feeding length controls through a combination of electric eye detection and time relay to control precise film length that makes it easier to control the contraction effect;
6. Two groups of horizontal and vertical electric eyes are easy to switch for thin or small packages which can easily complete sealing packaging operations;
7. Automatic rolling waste material: Using a separate motor to control which is not too loose or too tight to crack and is easy to remove the waste; Waste rotating device is also equipped with automatic alarm function when the waste film is full.
8. Front feeding power conveyor and back non-power storage table can be selected as per customer’s demands.
9. The heating elements adopts stainless steel 304 which has a long life span and high energy efficiency;
10. The use of French Schneider inverter controls transmission speed which has the function of infinitive speed;
11. Imported insulation curtain greatly reduces the heat loss;
12. The shrink temperature, conveyor speed and air volume are adjustable;
