The bottled beverage enters the front section of the conveying, and there is a full bottle signal installed on it. When the bottles are full, the left and right butt joints of the photoelectric elements are interrupted. At this time, it means that the conveying is full, and the PLC immediately sends a signal, and the bottle pressing device is under the action of the cylinder. Move, press the bottle to prevent it from moving forward, and at the same time, the bottle blocking lever is released, and the bottle between the bottle blocking lever and the bottle pressing plate is released, that is, the bottled beverage that needs to be packaged, which can be adjusted here. When it reaches the bottle pushing device, there is a photoelectric detection signal. When the signal is received, it means that the bottle is in place. At this time, the packaging rod located at the bottle pushing rod moves immediately, arranges the left and right sides of the package to align them, and pushes the bottle cylinder at the same time. Action, push the package in the direction of the heat shrinking furnace, automatically wrap the pe film, seal the knife up and down, bond the pe film together to form the edge, and complete the basic packaging action. While the bottled beverage will be pushed in, the first package will be pushed to the heat shrink furnace for high temperature shrinkage to form cuffs, and then immediately enter the air cooling section to shape the package, which will be output by the unpowered roller, and the finished product can be manually transported.

The adjustment after the packaging form is changed is also very convenient, just adjust the height of the bottle pressing device and the distance between the packaging bottle blocking rods. The length of the buffer conveyor belt of the film wrapping machine itself is limited. It is recommended to configure a set of multi-row chain conveyors at the front end, which can ensure the stability of the entire line, and can also be used as a bottle buffer when replacing the PE film. The multi-strand chain and the buffer conveying that comes with the film wrapping machine are docked on the side, so that the bottle feeding is more stable and the phenomenon of bottle reversal will not occur.
The small chain plate type conveyor belt is used, whether it is a soft or a harder bottle, the conveying will be relatively stable and the turning radius is small. Walking on the line, there will be no bottle pouring phenomenon. Especially from the conveying to the packaging head, all the pneumatic components are operated jointly, mainly controlled by PLC and frequency converter, and operated through the man-machine interface. The temperature of the hot cutting sealing knife and the high temperature shrinking furnace can be controlled independently, and the temperature can be adjusted to adapt to the thickness of the packaging film and achieve the ideal packaging effect.
